He performed various services on Federal, State, Local government projects, as well for various demolition and contracting companies. Asbestos Building Surveys
Marino Corpopration USA ’s inspectors perform surveys and collect samples of suspect ACM in commercial, industrial, and municipal buildings. Marino Corporation USA (environmenmtal consulting
& testing) services are employed by regional and local clients, and government entities who manage and own properties and
structures such as
offices buildings, commercial buildings, industrial sites, warehouses, power plants, and malls, Our asbestos surveys follow the guidelines established under the USEPA Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA) program, and as required by USEPA regulation 40 CFR Part 61, National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP).
Asbestos / Lead Air Monitoring
THIRD PARTY AIR MONITORING SERVICES
Marino Corporation USA provides Asbestos Abatement Air Technicians / Monitors to perform air sampling during abatement projects. Air sampling / monitoring provides the client with exposure levels of asbestos around and within containment by measuring the fiber content of a known volume of air collected during the abatement process. These air sample measurements include background, work area prep, work in progress and post abatement clearance air sampling that are analyzed by phase contrast microscopy (PCM) and or, when required, transmission electron microscopy (TEM) methodologies. Sampling procedures and analysis follow all Federal, State, and local laws, rules and regulations.
Abatement Project Management
Project Management and Supervision Services:
Marino Corporation USA (environmental consulting & testing) offers independent and impartial asbestos project management and supervision of asbestos removal and remediation works from the specifications, management of the removal stages and preparing project completion reports.
Our Project Management and Supervision Services not only offers our customers peace of mind but ensures cost effective and safe asbestos removal. The level of support very much depends on the complexity of the project, and we always work closely with our customers to identify their precise requirements before the start of a project.
The project management services include the following activities:
- Preparation of asbestos survey report.
- Preparation and development of asbestos removal specifications.
- Vetting of contractors’ method statements, risk assessment and plan of works.
- Client and enforcement authority liaison.
- Site management/auditing and supervision of contractor by project manager.
- Analytical management and asbestos air monitoring for duration of project including post abatement air clearance.
- Preparation and development of project completion report .
